Account Deletion

Overview

You can delete your OorjaMan customer account or your OorjaMan Partner account at any time from the relevant app. Deletion removes sign-in access and personal profile data. Booking and payment records needed for tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution may be retained as required by law.

Delete a customer account

After confirmation, your sign-in credentials are removed and you are signed out.

• Open the OorjaMan customer app and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Active or upcoming bookings may need to be cancelled or completed first. If you have an active AMC plan, the consequences of account deletion, including cancellation of the plan, will be communicated before deletion is completed.

Delete a Partner account

Deletion removes your sign-in, profile, identity documents, and location history. Completed visits stay on record without your personal details. Your employer will no longer be able to assign you new visits.

• Open the OorjaMan Partner app and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Account → Delete account. During onboarding, or while your application is awaiting employer review, Delete account is on that screen.
• Type DELETE to confirm. A visit that has already started must be finished first. If a visit is assigned and has not started, your employer moves it with Change technician in the vendor portal before you can delete the account.

Request by email (backup)

If you cannot use the app, email support@oorjaman.com from your registered phone number or email with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include the mobile number used to sign in. We will verify ownership and respond within 7 business days.

Processing timeline

Most eligible requests complete within 30 days, subject to verification, technical requirements, and lawful retention. We may retain minimal records required by law (tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution) after deletion.
