Violations may result in suspension or termination of Platform access, subject to applicable law. Report concerns to support@oorjaman.com. We may review relevant communications and metadata to investigate suspected abuse.

• Provide accurate contact, property, rooftop, and access information.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions and respect technicians and support staff.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and protect your account credentials.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems or another person's account or data.
• Do not submit false or misleading information or misuse customer, partner, or technician information.
• Do not interfere with Platform security, circumvent payment controls, or use the Platform for unlawful activities.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse technicians, partners, or support staff, and do not use hate speech or threatening language.
